Jul 05, 2013 The original version of the LEGO MINDSTORMS platform, the RCX, was supported by LEGO Education until 2009. Since this time, RCX kits have not been readily available for purchase. LEGO Engineering continues to provide limited support for the RCX platform. Mar 31, 2015 This article provides instructions for installing the necessary drivers to use the RCX USB tower with ROBOLAB for LabVIEW. These instructions have been tested on Mac OS X 10.9 and 10.10 as well as 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7. For RCX USB tower support 1. Install LabVIEW for LEGO MINDSTORMS and/or the relevant MINDSTORMS add-on. This is Robot Controller, an application for controlling and testing Lego Mindstorms robots using the RCX with firmware version 2. It is the ideal companion to Dave Baum's NQC.
